We provide live 1-on-1 or group ESL lessons, downloadable resources, and progress tracking.

3. User

Provide accurate registration details.

Keep login credentials confidential.

Use the service for lawful, personal educational purposes only.

Abstain from harassing instructors or other learners

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly/annually until canceled. We use Stripe/PayPal to process fees securely.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Reschedule up to 24 hours before a lesson with no charge. Late cancellations/no-shows are deducted from your lesson package.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, curricula, and recordings belong to EasyEnglishAtHome.com or its licensors. You may not redistribute without written consent.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation

Service provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee specific language-test results. Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive venue: Courts of the State of Delaware, Wilmington, Delaware, USA.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms; continued use after notice equals acceptance. Last updated June 6, 2025.

 

Refund Policy

1. Lesson Packages & Subscriptions

First lesson: full refund if you’re not satisfied - request within 24 hours. Unused package lessons: refundable within 14 days of purchase, minus 5 % processing fee.

2. Subscription renewals:

Cancel anytime; we’ll refund the unused portion prorated by day.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Completed Lessons - Expired lesson credits (valid 6 months from purchase)

Downloadable materials once accessed

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@easyenglishathome.com with order ID, reason, and preferred resolution. We aim to process within 5 business days; bank posting times vary.

5. Chargebacks

Contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Changes

Policy updated June 6, 2025. Future changes apply only to purchases after that date.
